Geocache Description:

Hello and welcome to Caching 201... today your caching instructor will be Chilehead Craig. This cache is one of two caches located at the UNF parking garages (the other one is GC11EBM) and on this hunt, you will be looking for a typical micro container w/ a log only... BYOP.

This can concevably be a grab and go if thought out properly or if you have a fancy GPSr that won't lose reception in the garage (hence, no need to park). Otherwise, you may want to wait for the weekend. I say that based on the UNF Visitor Parking Brochure that says a fee is not required for parking on the weekend.
