Geocache Description:

Another roadside hide. Micro with a twist. The whole cache is within 3 miles, can walk between the last 2 points. Please Rehide final well. It has been replaced 3 times. Use the similar materials for camo. 😁

As we were wandering around this County area, taking note of the various items of "county materials" as well as other offerings that people had dumped in this area, Fly Baby came upon a strange marking...crude, but strangley familiar. With Ace's help it was determined that this was another type of petroglyph. It appears that the ancient geocachers used symbols to lead others to...??? Maybe some kind of a treasure....??? Find the petroglyphs to lead you to the treasure. When you find the actual cache, look up for a great veiw of Helmet Peak. Since this was a hide with a little work involved, we decided to ungrade it to a multi-stage...there are 3 "petroglyphs", the first 2 sequentially lead you to the cache. Enjoy!
