The Sword In The Stone Traditional Cache

The cache is laid in the ruins of an old farm building on a hill above Clough Bottom Reservoir the terrain is steep and uneven underfoot
A little myth take on a legend. The cache is a small cache with a log book and the usual bit's and bob's we have laid this cache following on from the theme of the Holy Grail multi which is in this area.
Excaliber is the mythical sword of King Arthur some times attributed to magical powers.Arthur recieved Excaliber from the lady in the lake after breaking his first sword called Caliburn in a fight.The Lady in the Lake calls the new sword Excalibur that is to say cut steel hence the legend begins.
