The posted coordinates are at the center of a rectangular region that measures 4.096 minutes of latitude from north to south and 6.144 minutes of longitude from east to west. The cache is somewhere in this region, which we'll call Region 0. Region 0 is outlined in the Google Earth image below, and is divided into four quadrants of equal size.

You will find the cache by gradually narrowing down the search area. I will give you ten clues. The first clue will tell you which quadrant of Region 0 contains the cache; we'll call this quadrant Region 1. The second clue will tell you which quadrant of Region 1 contains the cache; we'll call this quadrant Region 2. The clues continue in this fashion. By solving the clues, you'll be able to zoom in to Region 10, which measures about 24 feet by 28 feet. The cache is hidden at the center of Region 10.
