Dead River Cache Traditional Cache

A traditional cache located in a mixed hardwood/white pine forest near the Nashua River. Level terrain makes for a relatively easy walk to the cache.
This cache is located in the Groton Town Forest near an old oxbow of the Nashua River. This area is a popular among mountain bikers, it is criss-crossed by many trails both single track and double track. The cache is a short walk from the river, and thus would be a fun outing by canoe.
Best parking is located at N42 35.833, W71 36.302.
Distance is about 1 mile round trip from the above parking area.
Cache is in a tupperware container covered in brown tape and within about a 50 ft. bushwack of the nearest trail.
Original contents include St. Patricks day balloon and button, ninja turtles, crowing rooster, wind-up car, etc.
