A Clean up of Hot Creek Road followed by a BBQ.
Hot Creek Road, the starting point for quite a few desert caches
outside of Mountain Home needs some help in getting cleaned up. We
will meet on the 21st of April at 9:00 A.M. at the Visitors Center
then proceed to the area for a few hours of work. Pickups would be
appreciated, as there are some large (appliance sized) items in the
area. Water (for drinking), gloves, shovels, trashbags, long pant
and tick repellant are also recommended. The good news is that
after the clean up is done we will reconvene at the Visitors Center
pavilion for a BBQ and all the other stuff you all have come to
expect from a Mountain Home Event. (including door prizes) So come
one, come all and help in the spring clean up by Mountain Home.
Burgers, Hot dogs and drinks will be provided by
the MHCA. Please bring a side dish with you.
Remember to bring something to contribute to the
community cache.
Pets are welcome but must be leashed while in the gazebo
area.
