Geocache Description:


Im westlichen Teil der Stadt St. Gallen, von der "Kreuzbleiche" bis zur "Schönau", wurden in früherer Zeit Leinen auf der Wiese getrocknet. Bei schlechter Witterung wurden die langen Leinenbahnen jeweils zum Trocknen zuoberst im sogenannten "Tröckneturm" aufgehängt.
