Geocache Description:

Awesome view of Arrarat from up here.

Whilst on our 2 week Argus and Caching trip we agreed not to hide any caches, but when we found this spot we just fell in love with it.. Anyone who has been to the Augrabies Falls and has visited Arrarat will know what we are talking about..

You can drive along the path (about 9kms) to the parking area at Arrarat from the main entrance and then you need to follow the pointer of your GPS.. Its very safe to walk around in this area and the views are spectacular.

The cache is a small container (can take smallish TB's and plenty of geocoins) and is well hidden under a rock. As we live quite a distance from this place, if anyone finds anything wrong with the cache, would they attempt to sort it out, but its in a good location that is safe from the elements and fire and rain etc.. so should last a long time also..

Please post photos of the views from up here so that the rest of the world can see what a lovely place we have here.

There is a small entrance fee into the Augrabies National Falls Park, but if you have a Green / Wild Card entry is free.
