This cache is to honor one of our own, Brakeguy47. Also known as Tim Orban, he was well known in the local geocache area for his love of people, his warm smile, and always helping others. That is also how he is remembered everywhere else too!
Born August 25, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio as the youngest of four children, he resided in the Miami Valley most of his life. His only sister, Millie, passed on several years ago. His two brothers, Mike and Joel, live out west. He married his lovely bride, Sue, 33 years ago. Melissa and Mark, their two grown children, are local and have made their parents very proud.
Tim was in the US Air Force and was stationed in Turkey as a communications specialist. Tim was employed as an engineer at various Delphi plants in the Dayton area, spending a great deal of his career in the brake business. Although retired for several years, Tim had still been actively employed as a contract engineer, mostly for Delphi. Tim loved to travel and according to his wife, Sue, "He was a very loving, caring man who loved people". His hobbies included rock collecting, coin collecting, bird watching, bird counting, and being a member of the Dull Men's Club. His favorite hobby, though, was geocaching. Over five years ago (2002), his brother Mike, who resides in Oregon, began participating in this thing called 'geocaching'. About 4 1/2 years ago (2003), Tim became involved. The rest is history!
In May 2007, Tim lost his brief battle with cancer. For those of us who were priveleged to know him, we are all better people for that honor. Thanks, Brakeguy for all whom you have touched.

Cache is now a bison tube! Hope to replace it with a regular sized container in the future.
