A Decon Container Hidden Near the Farrell Center

The container is a decon container hidden in a fairly obvious place (to a geocacher). There is no swag in the container, but feel free to trade. Since I've hidden over 300 caches, the name should be something of a mystery. See if you can figure it out. You don't need to solve the puzzle to find the cache.
