cap10don: I have decided not to reset this cache. I think it is too susceptible to mugglers (rich kids with no sense or responsibility and that can't read). Thanks to the over 70 geocachers who visited the Heritage Hills TB Exchange during its short life. This was a popular cache.
I have noted a new location, close by, that will be a lot more fun and hopefully no mugglers. I hope to set the new cache within a couple weeks.
