Caution: Beware of the ditch across the two-track not far from the base of the steep hill!
A little off the beaten path, but you can see others have traveled here before you. Nicknamed Pioneer Estates for the age of the residents. Those that reside here have a great view.
Approach from the south on Latham. The aging cemetery sign is on the telephone pole near the entrance. The access road (really, a two-track) is verrrry muddy in rainy season, thus it is best to search for this cache in fair weather.
If by vehicle, be sure to park where your catalytic converter will not ignite the tall grass!
When BNMac adopted this cache, cleanup operations were taking place which may help you to access the cache.

The container is no longer pickled; it is a typical BNMac type hide! See hint for details…
Make sure the door is completely closed after replacing the container lid down!
Thank you stones+1 for adopting this cache to us!
