Do not try to open up or lift up any of the utility containers - the cache is not under or inside anything - it is in plain sight!!!!!!!
The difficulty of 2.5 was assigned to this cache because it is not a 'traditional' container - you will be challenged but don't give up.
The City of Sioux Falls converted one of the downtown parking lots located on a little known street named Mall Street into a free parking lot to encourage people to come downtown. There is a time limit so please read the signs.
The cache itself is actually located directly across the street from the 'Free Parking' lot in a little green area behind some office and retail stores. The land is private property but the owner, my business partner has given permission for the cache to be located on the property. The cache is in plain site. It is not hidden inside or under anything. You do not have to take anything apart to find it. It is in plain site.
The dimensions are 3" X 5" X.....oh, I forgot to get that measurement.
Don't be spooked by the people going in or out of the offices or businesses - they won't bother you.
