A nice shady spot for the physically challenged to catch their breath.
Not too far from the trailhead. I have seen motorized wheelchairs at mile marker 3, where the fork in the trail is, so a chair with wide wheels can make it here. They will not want to go beyond the fork (mile marker 3) in either direction as there is more slope and roughness. Once at the cache location it is handicap accessible. You will need your own writing instrument.
