Geocache Description:

One of my favorite songs of the 70s, "Down By The Lazy River" was a huge hit in 1972 by the Osmonds.

So... this cache is dedicated to the Osmonds 50th Anniversary in show business in 2007. Starting in 1957, as a barbershop quartet, this makes them the longest actively running group in the history of music. Still, this group with over 100 million records sold, and huge hits like, Crazy Horses, One Bad Apple, Yo-yo, Goin' Home, The Proud One, Double Lovin', etc. doesn't get the respect they deserve because they live a good life and are a close family? (what a sin?) We could use some more of their type in show business today... and role models for our kids. One or two people had a few odd finds at the last cache location, so we moved it for safety purposes. This is the "reprise" of the song.
