This is the second cache in my "Aviation" series. This cache is near the Initial Approach Fix for the Kinston Runway 5 ILS, named STALS. An Initial Approach Fix is a known waypoint where a specific, pre-determined maneuver is flown in order to line the pilot up with the runway. This point is gererally 5 to 10 miles away from the airport.
If you use an Aviation GPS to Geocache (Like me), this puzzle is not near as research intensive. Go Direct to STALS, The cache is 262 feet, bearing 271 degrees (magnetic)from STALS.
