The cache is placed near the Aladja monastery beside the trail to the Catacombs.
The Aladja monastery is situated on a small hill about 14 km from the city of Varna and about 4 km from the Golden Sends resort. Aladja means "multi-coloured" in Turkish. It is a rock monastery. There is no historical facts when the monastery was build. There are only myths that at the beginning it was heathen temple but after bulgarians become converted to Christianity it becomes a Christian monastery. During the Ottoman bondage there was hidden and saved bulgarian Christian books and traditions. The legends says that somewhere around there is a vault full of jewellery.
There is a way to the cache without entering the monastery. From the main gate just walk near the fence in the direction to the cache.
