Located in the Rockaway River Wildlife Management Area. Easiest access is from one of the parking areas inside Mahlon Dickerson Reservation on Weldon Rd.
I have been hiking and biking this area for a number of years and always thought this lookout was inside Mahlon Dickerson Reservation. A few image overlays in Google Earth revealed it was actually just outside. But nonetheless this area provides a great view. Cache is a micro and you will need to bring your own pencil. The cache name comes from the nearby marker somebody erected. Watch your footing when retreiving the cache.
