The cache is not at the posted coordinates... read on!
I had been out caching on a beautiful clear day. I was standing at the posted coordinates and watching as the sun was just showing the last llittle flash on the western horizon when another flash caught my eye from the east. The full moon was just starting to appear!
Wow, I thought, what a lovely coincidence to have this rare event happen now! The ideal reason to place an astronomically oriented cache. I did a little math and came up with a good hiding place.
Using the date that I was standing here, take the year without the century and subtract one, divide by ten and add to the minutes of the latitude of the posted coordinates. Take the month times 100 plus the day plus one and divide by a thousand. Subtract this from the longitude of the posted coordinates above.
The results are the actual coordinates of the hidden cache. Good Luck.
