A very easy drive-up cache on the grounds of one of the most beautiful buildings in Gilbert, AZ.
Original trade items included some key chains donated by the MGMC VP that ok'd placement on the property of this very healing place. The Dignity Health (formerly Catholic Healthcare West) hospital opened June 5, 2006 and now has 212 licensed beds, approximately 1,330 employees, and more than 750 active physicians. Ranked No. 16 in Modern Healthcare's 100 Best Places to Work and No. 7 in Phoenix Business Journal's "Best Places to Work." Mercy Gilbert Medical Center has also been ranked the "No. 1 Healing Hospital™ in the Nation" by the Baptist Healing Trust. Phoenix Children's Hospital now occupies one wing on the first floor - a hospital within a hospital! Drive by the front door and you will see a very happy Irish nun, Catherine McAuley, waving to you! She founded the Sisters of Mercy in Dublin, Ireland, in 1831. Oh, Mercy!
