Geocache Description:

This cache be placed in honor of all me mateys to the South and East of this here place!

Sam the Swashbuckler likes to hang around these parts. He escaped from the "RockWood Prison" about two weeks ago and he decided to make this his home. He figures that this is far enough way that the prison authorities will not be able to find him. Your task is to find him! But be nice, he swears he broke no laws, so lets keep it a secret as to his hideout!

The listed coordinates will take you to an Ohio Historical Marker. To find the cache, you will need to do a little math.

A = How many letters in this lady's full name?
B = The last year this young lady served on city council?

You will also need to proceed about 150-200 feet East of this marker to get another number. Go up two wooden steps, this will take you to the highest platform of this staircase. Count the number of steps to the bottom including the ground once you get there. This number = C
