Geocache Description:

Altitude 1446 Ozark/St Francis National Forest Permit #08100412

This cache is located along FS 1800 which is just off Hwy 123, it is not a long walk from the road, and there is ample room to park here. You are looking for an Ammo Can, hidden in the usual way, it should not be hard to find. The reason for the caches along FS 1800 is to get you out to see YOUR National Forest, Looking North from your parking spot here you can see some strange rock formation at the top of the ridge. FS 1800 starts in Johnson Co at Hwy 123 North and ends up over in Pope County at Hwy 124, about a 18 mile drive that goes thru some nice areas of our Forest and over Pilot Rock Mtn, the road is well maintained, no 4 wheel drive required, although I would not recommend it for a small car Not much traffic, so enjoy As with all caches hidden in our Great State, please be aware of all poisonious plants, insects and animals.
