ALAS WE NO LONGER OWN OUR LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN IN TAYAC AND IT SEEMS THIS CACHE NEEDS A BIT OF T.L.C. I'D BE HAPPY TO POST A REPLACEMENT CACHE AND LOG TO ANYBODY WHO CAN HELP.
Park near the church and walk up through the village of Tayac and along the little footpath to the left of the house with an ivy covered tower.
For 20 years we had a lovely holiday home in this spot and the lady who lived in the very modern (for Tayac!) house was our nearest neighbour for half that time.
The best view of the Grand Roc is lower down than the cache site as the trees get in the way.. The cache is a small food box.
In Tayac you are not very far away from another of my caches of the '?' type!!
Garez votre voiture à côté de l’église et montez à travers le petit hameau de Tayac. Puis suivez un petit chemin se trouvant à gauche de la maison qui possède une tour avec du lierre.
Pendant 20 ans, nous avons eu une maison de vacances dans le coin et la dame qui vivait dans la maison très moderne (pour Tayac !) était notre voisine la plus proche.
Le meilleur point de vue sur le Grand Roc se situe en contrebas de la cache. La cache est une petite boite alimentaire.
