Fishing season opens April 1st. Great fishing spot. Trade only small items here and enjoy the river.
Walkill River Watershed. This container was placed here to draw attention to yet another Town of Montgomery park on the river. I believe the important reason for keeping this land open for use by all is that it’s a good fishing hole. Now, I don’t know much about fishing, but I guessin’ there ain’t much else to do here …….. except geocache and let your dog go for a swim.
You are looking for a Lock & Lock container. Watch out for Poison Ivy. There is no Poison Ivy around the cache but it does grow pretty rampant in Montgomery, including this park. Please sign the log. If you were fishing, tell us if you caught anything.
