The Unexpected Storm Mystery Cache

The coordinates listed above will take you to a plaque, which is a
memoriam to four neighborhood boys who ventured onto a breakwater
only to be surprised by a sudden storm. They were all swept off the
breakwater by a wave, and none survived. The Final container is a
small rectangular box. A hint will be provided to help narrow your
search. Stealth may be necessary at times, since the park, though
not developed, is visited often by neighborhood kids. BYOP.
The final cache is located at N42 43.ABC by W87 49.DEF, where:
A=The 3rd number from the left in the year the boys drowned.
B=The number of letters in the first name of the boy whose last name was Jenista.
C=The 2nd number from the left in the year that
they drowned.
D=The second number of the DATE (day) that they
drowned.
E=The last number in the year that they drowned.
F=The number of the month (eg:Jan=1, Feb=2) that the plaque was placed(lower left hand corner).
