The cache is located along a footpath between Catfoot Lane, Mapperley and Hunger Hill Lane, Lambley. You can park on Catfoot Lane (N53. 00.430,W01 05.745) taking care to cross the road; HOWEVER it is recommended that you park on the bend where Hunger Hill Lane meets Green Lane and Lingwood Lane ( N53 00.697, W01 04.070, where the car will be off-road. Both are about 15 minutes or so walk from the cache.
This is our first cache and we decided to place it along a favourite walk of ours that takes you to Lambley and the Woodlark Inn! The name comes from our interpretation of two grassy platforms or 'stages' about 60 metres apart along the path. The co-ordinates above should direct you to the correct one. Carol and I have stuffed the cache ( 1 Ltr container) with goodies including some TBs. We hope you will enjoy this cache. One request: can you indicate how many miles your home location is from this cache - we will monitor this and report on who lives the furthest away etc. Steve and Carol
