The above given coordinates are totally irrelevant to the cache location but they bring you close to a church with a big clock at the top of the church tower. When having a good look on a clock you see there two hands continuously moving around the clock face, the short one is the hour hand and the long one the minute hand.
These two hands meet each other at midnight (00:00:00) and at noon (12:00:00), but also several other times during a day. To be able to find the cache you have to find out all the other overlapping times with an accuracy of a second (ignore the decimals). The counting begins at midnight which is the first overlapping time and marked by hh1:mm1:ss1 (hh1=0, mm1=0 and ss1=0). The second one is hh2:mm2:ss2, the third one hh3:mm3:ss3 and so on. Replace the codes in the coordinates by these numbers and find the hidden cache.
