Another lovely spot in this seaside holiday location.
This was the meeting spot every evening for all the ‘young’ holiday makers over the Christmas break. We all gathered here to see where the ‘action’ was going to take place that night. A beach party, a backyard party, ANY party, it didn’t seem to matter, just as long as the ‘activity’ that night ended with the word PARTY!!
We could also wade across the river here at low tide to visit our neighbours on the other bank.
Many a time we were caught out and had to spend the day / night (12 hours) waiting for the next low tide to get back!!
As the last cache (near by) suggested, (those were the days) this one is no different, this place brings back some great “Memories”
Cache is a 200ml sistema container with log book, pen and a few small swaps.
