This cache was placed in this area to co-inside with another ‘lonely’ Cache that has been here for quite some time. This location has much more to offer than “one” Cache, so hopefully this will get ‘you all’ to explore this beautiful area more thoroughly.
Well every cache should have a ‘name’ but I was struggling to come up with one here until I got to the spot I decided to make GZ. All will be revealed, BUT don’t read too much into the name before you get there!!
This Cache will take you to ‘two’ beaches, one beach is on a river and the other beach is on the ocean.
Your first stop will have you at a lovely, shaded picnic area that has a very safe swimming beach, ideal for those families with small children.
WP2 takes you to the bigger surf. When you get to the parking area close to WP2, walk in via the beach to get to GZ (Cache) as this will, not only be the most scenic root, but any other shorter root you try may find you crossing onto Private Property.
At WP1 you need to find out the year that the ‘second’ house (Beachside) was built here on Lagoon Road, and by subtracting this 4 digit number (year) from 2633 you will then have the answer for the missing numbers for WP2.
WP2 (the Cache) is located at: - S 41*03. (###) E 146*48.085
Cache is a 1.2lt sistema container with log book, pen and an assortment of swaps.
PLEASE replace the cache AND ‘surroundings’ as you have found them…..
