Geocache Description:

Located on Big Stamp along the Appalachian Trail just northeast of Big Bald.

The cache container is a 30 cal. ammo box. Contents include hiking related items along with a few small toys. GPS reception should be good to within 50 ft. of the cache site due to the open bald area but could be spotty in summer at the cache site. Hiking distance to the cache is about 4.7 miles.

Closest parking is at Street Gap N35 58.136 W082 32.410 but the road is steep and fairly rough so a 4WD is recommeded but not absolutely necessary.
