Located at a nationally known roadside attraction in the heart of Leatherstocking country, this cache is a square lock and lock filled with small items from the gift shop. A Landmark since 1950, Muggle Mom never would stop here when I was little because the items for sale were, well, shall I say, not high quality. But things have changed with the new owners. Although the Buffalo out front is still a little slice of Americana, the stuff for sale has improved. Enjoy the great view and DO NOT miss Tepee Pete's famous garlic chili or his corn relish. Stop and say hi to Dale, Donna and of course, Pete. Pete says ask for a free hot shot!?! This cache has been placed on their property with permission. Please do not climb up the hill or come at night. Watch for lots of muggles. I would have to say that this cache is now handicapped accessible. Hey- and why not post a photo of you and your GPS at the Buffalo?
