Geocache Description:

Simpson Reed Grove is located in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. It' an easy short walk (about 350' from the parking lot) on level terrain that is well manicured but full of tourists and muggles. Just beware of your surroundings at all times and take your camera so you can pretend you are taking macro photos during cache retrieval.

There is absolutely no reason to bushwack or damage any of the beautiful surroundings. Coords will take you to the vicinity of the cache, but due to the tree coverings, your GPSr may reflect different coords than ours. All you have to do is to step up from the edge of the trail and reach behind the redwood.
