This is a small cache containing a log and small pencil. The cache is in a popular public area so retrieval will be a challenge, but it can be done. There is free parking in the vicinity, and I'll give you both a Parking Cooordinate and a cache coordinate in my "Auto" code.
Because this is a puzzle cache, and the puzzle is to solve the final coordinates, the given coordinates do NOT lead to the cache. They do bring you in range though. To get the final coordinates you need to solve the "automobile code", which will be fairly easy for Auto enthusiasts. Here's the trick. Every car is commonly known to us by two names. When I think of "Impala", I think of Chevrolet. A "Taurus" is a "Ford Taurus". We all know the "Honda Accord" or "Toyota Echo". I am going to express the required coordinates in terms of cars, and you need to fill in the missing first identifier, count the letters in that missing word, and plop it into the coordinate. The cars are often golden oldies, so see what you can do. Here is an example:
If coordinate said: (Comet) (Classic + Encore)
you come up with: (Mercury)(Rambler + Renault)
which translates to: (7 letters)(7 letters + 7 letters)
which means a number of: (7)(14)
or a possible coordinate of .714
