This is on a dirt road approx. 1/10 of a mile after the paved road ends.
Please do not go off of the property into the areas where the barbed wire is. The cache is approx 35 feet off of the road on family owned property.
There is parking near a pile of logs on the side of the road but do NOT PARK AT THE BARBED WIRE.
Please stay outside of the barbed wire aeeas as the cache is not there.
This cache is the third of a series honoring SC Geocachers.
This one is for Skillett's Micro.
As Pisces says, She always seems like a ray of sunshine when we see her at Geocaching meetings.
She exemplifies what we want to see in youth today and is the future of Geocaching.
Plus she is always making Aries smile; which is a feat in itself!
This cache container is unique, and the FTF prize is a rare proof quarter; enjoy!
And when you find the cache look to your right back in the woods; see that old dilapidated early 1900's tin roof house with trees growing thru it?
Aries used to play in that when he was a small kid.
He used to be Skillet's Micro's age once too!
Of course, they had dinosaurs back then......
The road is named after an old forge that was deep into the woods from where the cache is.
Unfortunatly the forge and old house are not accessable anymore.
But Aries parents do still live about a mile the other way.
Please be respectful of the area.
