From here you need to go into the chapel grounds and follow the walls of the chapel around - looking carefully at the gravestones built into the eastern and southern chapel walls to get the information needed. Also a visit into the chapel may help.
Wolford Chapel was built in 1802 by General John Graves Simcoe. General Simcoe was buried here with full military honours.
It is open to the public during daylight hours, admission is free but donations are welcome.
