7.15. Archive or unarchive a geocache
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

An easy drive by to draw attention to a modest mansion that is often missed as we zoom along Highway One.

A typical family home is currently considered to be four bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and family room.
A recent survey of US builders and architects predicts that by 2015, more than 60% of custom built homes will feature separate but equal "couple realms" as spouses / partners demand their own bedrooms. Common living space abounds.
But the expectations of early settlers were much more modest!
Take care as you park and exit the car - the road verge is steep and narrow in places - maybe park up the road and take a stroll?
