Geocache Description:


This area is near where the battle of Pea Ridge took place. This is a three stage multicache. The coordinates listed above are for the first stage. It is in an area that is driven past hundreds of times a day, and most people probably don't even notice it. It is an area that is largely "unknown". On the other side of the fence is an area that is also largely "unkown", you might want to check it out also. (Don't go through the fence, you can drive to it.) I am convinced that part of the battle took place here, or very near here. You will be looking for a small container with coordinates to stage two in it. Stage two has the coordinates for stage three in it. It is in an area where you might expect to see a bell, but I didn't see one. Stage three is a container about the size of a Pringles can, and should be very easy to find. As always PLEASE place everything back EXACTLY as you find it so everyone can enjoy the hunt.
