Stop The World's DIDO caches are literally drive in, drive out. No more than a few steps will be required from your car and each cache will have a car parking spot next to it. Just have fun, sign the logbook and leave a small swap if you like.
We think you'll get a buzz out of this one. It's in a well-guarded location where you can just charge in and retrieve the cache.
We'd prefer you don't leave geocoins or travelbugs in these caches due to their proximity to human traffic, and you will need to execute the search with stealth.
