Yet another element in the Ottawa "Gee, Gnome!" project, intended as a token of appreciation to Tick and Nammie
for their tireless help in bringing the Ottawa-Gatineau caching community together through their GAG events. Thanks, "guys!"
I placed this one as a relatively straight forward traditional cache suited to an event. The cache container
is a camoflaged one-cup thermos bottle, placed low. There's not a lot of room for trade items, but I put in
a few small items so that kids can have some fun.
If you pick the right paths, you can get to within about 130 meters of the cache before needing to bushwhack.
Depending on the season and the weather, the paths can be muddy and slippery, and there may be pools of standing water.
