The quest for Canyon View Too takes you through a scenic canyon in a popular recreational facility to a scenic, family-friendly location. You’ll need to travel approximately 3 miles (one way) from the parking lot to access the cache. Your starting point is near N 32 18.607, W110 49.358. Except for a short distance at the end of the trek, you’ll travel on a paved road. The road may be traveled at any time by foot; by bicycle before 9:00AM and after 5:00PM on five days of each week (Wednesdays and Sundays excepted); or during the day one can cover more than half of the road distance using a fee tram.
The cache is a painted, plastic jar approximately 3 inches wide by 5 inches deep. It’s near a trail so be careful your activities aren't observed by non-geocachers. The jar is primed with a few items in addition to a log book and pen. Space is tight so anything you plan to trade needs to be small.
If you continue on the trail past the cache to the creek, you’ll be at a popular place for families to picnic and play in the normally shallow water. Use caution during or after storms.
