Geocache Description:

The cache is in a camo'ed plastic Costco peanut jar.

Bookmarks the Spot was originally a series of caches to show our appreciation of libraries and the Whatcom County Library System (WCLS). There were caches hidden at eight of the Whatcom County libraries—Blaine, Deming, Everson, Ferndale, Lynden, Maple Falls, Sumas, and Point. We are in the process of disabling these caches as they go missing, but enjoy them while they are here. As we have disabled some of the caches and “clues” in this series, we have also disabled the mystery cache, Bookmarks the Spot—The Final Chapter.

These caches were originally stocked with bookmarks for trading. We still encourage bookmark trades but note that the the stock seems to be getting low.
