Geocache Description:

One road leads to the cache location. This road is home to 4 other caches, find them all. I spend alot of time here during hunting season. If you geocache during hunting season, be sure to wear orange. Unfortunately, there are some litterbugs polluting up this beautiful area. Report any violators to the law. I've noticed some indicators of poaching over the years. Please do not approach any of these individuals. Record as much information as possible and report it to the law enforcement agency.

I wanted to hide a regular size cache here but also wanted to bring you to this amazing view of Buckhorn Dam. I was afraid of the many fishermen in the area discovering a regular cache so I will settle for this out of the way Micro. Be sure and watch your footing while searching for this cache and keep a firm grip on the container so it doesn’t slip away from you. This location offers some amazing scenery during periods of high water. Bring your fishing poles, I witnessed a fellow catch a Stiper that didn’t fit into the average size cooler. He said the Stripers like to run right up to the falls when the water gets high. You can also launch a canoe or kayak 100 yards down river from here. Enjoy your search and remember to CITO.
