An easy walk which can be muddy after wet weather. Not accessible for buggies etc except as a cache and dash.
The cache is located just off the public path, that leads from Compton Verney to Combrook, in a small semi-natural ancient woodland called The Rides. Parking is possible in either place; we usually park near the church at Combrook and take a circular route via Combrook Pools and Park Farm, returning up the hill past the cache location, about an hour's walk. Good views are available to the N and S at the edges of the wood.
If you're after a cache and dash, a road passes quite close to the path.
FTF honours go to katiegremlin.
