Located in a park

I wanted to keep the basic idea Sunrdivr had on this cache, but I had to do a little "Higher Level" thinking to defeat the muggles (possibly a hint).

The hint still applies and use it if needed. Watch out for the muggles. This place is swarming with them around lunch time and when the fishing is good.
