A lovely circular walk with good views of about four miles visiting the delightful cotswold villages of Longborough and Donnington passing Donnington manor on the way.
Parking is fairly easy in Longborough.
The above co-ords are for the primary school,from here how many miles to warwick? AB,now walk along the road signed stow 2.5,walk pass the village hall on your left,fork left down the slope with the spring on your right following the monarchs way signs,carry on down the lane pass the house bearing the sign love walk.
Take note of the warning sign on the gate,01295 2525CD.
Now walk the bridleway signed Donnington,stay on this path still following the monarchs way signs till you pass Donnington manor on your right.
How many stone dogs do you pass?E.
Note the number on the yellow hydrant,FGH.
Walk straight on passing little cottage on your right,turn right on the footpath,what year was the parish pump restored,19IJ.
Now turn left through the metal gate,stay on this path passing the Battle of Stow monument go over the footbridge till you come to a junction of paths,here turn right on the heart of england way to seek the cache which is hidden at,

After finding the cache stay on the heart of england way back into Longborough and retrace your steps back to the start.
The Battle of Stow took place on the 21st March 1646 and was the last battle of the English civil war.
