Wonderful Tanky Traditional Cache

The road to the cache is quite rough, but passable with a short hike at the end, hence the 2 rating. This was originally the Terrible Tanky cache.
The cache is located at the old Cranston homestead on Rice's Crossing Road. The family has generously donated this area to the South Yuba River State Park. The line which you can see near the top of the mountains to the south is a portion of the 16 mile Excelsior ditch which carried South Yuba River water from two miles below Purdon crossing all the way to the Smartsville diggin's.
