Pull off on either approach. Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL for oncoming traffic, as it is on top of a hill.
The view after dark is spectacular. In daylight, you can see for over 35 miles. To the northeast of site, you will see the Big Stone Power Plant on the horizon. You can also see 6 different towns from the location and many community elevators. I lived 2 1/2 miles north of location from 1970 to 1976.
