Should be a fairly easy park and grab cache. Great for someone who loves to visit nature. On our property. Just updated container today. Small items in bag for kids. Perfect for travel bugs, too.
This is the first of several to acquaint you with the rural countryside of Johnston County. If you like to see & hear birds and other small animals, then this is the cache for you.
This cache is a tribute to my grandfather who was a constable of Johnston County until he was injured by a person he had arrested. The injury left him paralyzed down one side of his body actually before my father was born. Granddaddy loved to fish and loved his hunting dogs. One of my fond childhood memories was his teaching me how to call a whippoorwill.

PS: Do not worry about mugglers. Located on our land, so feel free to park in the driveway or by the road. Watch out for deer, dogs and tractors! We have had to move this cache to the other side of our yard. No night caching, please. No need to disrupt the landscaping and please stay in the driveway.
