Na malom priestranstve na sídlisku Sihot nájdete pamätník venovaný architektovi menom Ferdinand Silberstein-Silvan. Bol významným predstavitelom funkcionalizmu, na Slovensku pôsobil v rokoch 1925-1949. Je autorom objektu trencianskej Obchodnej akadémie, v case svojho vzniku sa hrdila titulom najmodernejšia školská budova na Slovensku.

You can find the monument on a small space on neighbourhood "Sihot". The monument has been devoted an architect Ferdinand Silberstein-Silvan. He was mean representative of functionalism style. He was working in Slovakia from 1925 to 1949. He is author of building secondary school of trading in Trencín. It was the most modern school building in Slovakia in that time.
