Geocache Description:

Just to prove we have a sense of humour........a micro-cache in a most bizarre housing.

Haworth, home of the Brontes and countless tourists doing the rounds visiting the usual tourist hang-outs like the Bronte Bridge, Bronte Waterfall, Bronte Chair etc etc...

Well here's a little Bronte secret that only geocachers will find, the Bronte Stool!

As legend has it, Branwell Bronte was wandering the moorland above Haworth in June 1839 searching for his wayward sisters, when he paid a swift visit to this spot and then continued on his way.

Shortly after, he found his sisters at a farm that was later to be named Wuthering Heights. Together they all went home to the Parsonage for tea.
